Conditions of Use
To redeem your Gift Voucher, it must be presented on your visit.
Your Gift Vouchers expire six (6) months from date of purchase.
All Expired Vouchers will incure a 20% devaluation per month expired.
Cancellation policies are 24-hrs notice for single/couples bookings and 5-days notice for group bookings.
Failure to keep your appointment will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
When choosing any of our spa treatments, may we recommend that you check-in 30 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow time for a brief steam, sauna or spa bath. By opening your pores, warming your body and relaxing your muscles, you will gain maximum benefit from your treatment. Please be present 5 minutes before your scheduled time in the Spa reception lounge. Guests are advised to shower and dry off completely, prior to treatments.
