Conditions of Use
To redeem a gift voucher it must be presented on your visit to any of our Day Spas. Gift Vouchers expire six (6) months from date of purchase. Expired Vouchers will incure a 50% charge of the value of the voucher if redeeming is required. Cancelation policies are stricktly 24hrs notice for single/couples bookings and 5-day for group bookings. Failure to keep an appointment will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
When choosing any of our spa treatments, may we recommend that you check-in 30 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow time for a brief steam, sauna or spa bath. By opening your pores, warming your body and relaxing your muscles, you will gain maximum benefit from your treatment. Please be present 5 minutes before your scheduled time in the Spa reception lounge. Guests are advised to shower and dry off completely, prior to treatments.
