Alysium Day Spa draws inspirations from the origins of Greek Mythology were it is said that "alysium" is a place that the Gods go to rest. We bring this belief to our Day Spas and offer to you massages and treatments, based on authentic natural healing methods.
Alysium Day Spa also offers a wide variety of health services at two fantastic locations. Alysium Day Spa at Hilton Hotel Sydney and Amrita Day Spa at Swissotel Sydney.
Both of these facilities include a fully equipped and air-conditioned gymnasium and group fitness area, lap pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath. Short or long term health club memberships are available offering full use of facilities, personal assessments and programs.
Our Health Club at Amrita Day Spa, you will experience our professionally qualified staff who are personally interested in helping all members achieve their individual goals. The Health Club allows you to train in luxurious but not pretentious surroundings, where our aim is to make all members feel at ease and make their workout program as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. If you are a beginner or simply need motivation, our fitness instructors will provide you with the personal training you need to get the job done.
