Conditions of Use
To redeem a gift voucher it must be presented on your visit to the spa. Gift Vouchers expire SIX (6) months from date of purchase. Expired Gift Vouchers will NOT be honored. Failure to keep an appointment will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged for cash or product. No refunds are given.
When choosing any of our spa treatments, may we recommend that you check-in 30 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow time for a brief steam, sauna or whirlpool. By opening your pores, warming your body and relaxing your muscles, you will gain maximum benefit from your treatment. Please be present 5 minutes before your scheduled time in the Spa reception Lounge. Guests are advised to shower and dry off completely, prior to treatments.
